Usted tiene derecho a desistir del presente contrato en un plazo de 14 días naturales sin necesidad de justificación. El plazo de desistimiento expirará a los 14 días naturales del día que usted o un tercero por usted indicado, distinto del transportista, adquirió la posesión material de los bienes.

Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, deberá usted notificarnos (EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED, correo electrónico: info@ekdelektro.com) su decisión de desistir del contrato a través de una declaración inequívoca.

Consecuencias del desistimiento: En caso de desistimiento por su parte, le devolveremos todos los pagos recibidos de usted, incluidos los gastos de entrega, sin ninguna demora indebida y, en todo caso, a más tardar 14 días naturales a partir de la fecha en que se nos informe de su decisión de desistir del presente contrato.

Română — Dreptul de retragere

Aveți dreptul să vă retrageți din prezentul contract în termen de 14 zile fără a oferi nicio justificare. Termenul de retragere expiră după 14 zile de la data la care dvs. sau o terță parte indicată de dvs., alta decât transportatorul, intră în posesia fizică a bunurilor.

Pentru a vă exercita dreptul de retragere, trebuie să ne informați (EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED, e-mail: info@ekdelektro.com) cu privire la decizia dvs. de a vă retrage din prezentul contract, printr-o declarație neechivocă.

Efectele retragerii: În cazul în care vă retrageți din prezentul contract, vă vom rambursa toate plățile pe care le-am primit de la dvs., inclusiv costurile de livrare, fără întârzieri nejustificate și în orice caz nu mai târziu de 14 zile de la data la care suntem informați cu privire la decizia dvs. de retragere din prezentul contract.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or waive any rights granted to EU consumers under applicable mandatory law.
